Q: What are the opening times for your shop?
A: the Shop is open 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday, treatments however are available between 8.30am to 7pm. to check your appointments or for any enquiries give us a ring on 01823 710415, if we can’t answer your call leave a message on the answerphone and we will get back to you ASAP
Q: Refunds
A: We will be happy to refund within 30 days, if the product is returned unopened and in the original packaging, with seals and tags intact.

Please note that contacting us via the phone will be the fastest way to ask your questions or ask for support, as long as you phone within the opening hours which are: 10.30am to 5.00pm Monday-Saturday. We may take longer to respond to emails and contacting us via facebook is a option but we may take longer to reply on there too.
